DVD ‘09
Dear Swazi Participant and Partner
We have come to the end of yet another unbelievable Swazi 1000 experience. As a team we are extremely blessed for what the Lord has done through each one of us. Many lives have been touched and therefore the decision to return once again to Bulembu in 2010.
I want to make use of this opportunity to thank you for your participation and role played during Swazi 2009. There is no doubt in my mind that very little of what has been achieved would have been achieved without your help.
I however have one more request from you. Mark Nehrenz our video camera man has been a huge blessing to Swazi 1000. His ability to capture almost every happening and then making it possible for us all to re-experience, cannot be calculated in Rands and Cents. Recently I have noticed that the laptop he is using is more than four years old, including the editing software. The DVD burner is no more functional and is he required to save most of his work on an external hard drive. The two of us had an opportunity to dream together and the need of a new laptop, including the latest software, will empower him to make even greater movie clips. Mark has done most of our video work and will continue to do so in the future.
After some research we have found the ideal laptop and software and since I am leaving for the USA on Sunday 13 December, I will be able to purchase it for him. The cost including the software and extended international warranty totals US$2200. Based on R7.50 to the US$, we need R16 500.
My request is that you would seriously consider assisting as in this endeavour by purchasing the Swazi 09 DVD with all the video clips of Swazi 2009 including some photos at R120. The profit made will be going towards the purchase of the Laptop and needed software. Even though the DVD?s will only be ready in March for the Reunion, we do request that orders and payment be made ASAP.
